Monumental Equestrian Sculpture Showing African-American is in Times Square

A new monumental equestrian sculpture, Rumors of War, has just arrived to Times Square, by the artist Kehinde Wiley with an African American astride a war horse wearing hoodie, jeans, and dreadlocks.
